The project is comprised of a two story, 12.000 sq. ft. new building housing medical examination and laboratory facilities as well as administrative offices for the Eye Centers Of Florida.
The existing 23,000 sq. ft. facility was remodeled as a part of the three million dollar construction cost. The design accommo dated the continual operation of the existing medical facilities during construction.
The deep window recesses offer protection from the Florida sun, while allowing views out from the waiting rooms on the ground floor and offices on the second floor.
